Director at Large, Membership Transformation

Tania Khodayar

Tania joined the Junior League of Orange County in 2018. Her main goal was to give back to the community she grew up in while learning from the accomplished women in the League. Having gone Active in only three months, Tania double placed in her first year on both the Spring Special Events Committee and the Public Affairs and Advocacy Committee. From there, she went on to be JLOCC’s first Engagement Manager providing the foundation for retention of Active Membership. Tania is sitting on the Board this year as Director-at-Large, Board Assistant and hopes to add value to the organization she has grown to love and respect.
Tania graduated from Chapman University with a B.S. in Business Administration, emphasis in International Business with a minor in Economics. She currently is the Business Development Manager for a global specialized logistics company. traveling between the U.S. and Asia offices. Tania has also been the youngest Working Group Chair in IELA, one of the largest non profit organizations in her industry.
In her spare time, she loves to go on hikes with her husband and exploring local coffee shops all over SoCal.
