Tisia Joseph

Tisia joined the Junior League of Kane and DuPage Counties (JLKD), in the western suburbs of Chicago, in 2013 and transferred to Orange County, CA in 2016.  At JLKD, she served as Membership Vice President and also served as Recruitment Chair and New Member Chair.  At the Junior League of Orange County, CA, Tisia previously served as our Executive Vice President from 2020-2021.  After serving as EVP, she served as our Recruitment Chair and this most recent league year she served as the Vendor Manager for our She Is Women’s conference.  Tisia also has served in JLOCC as our Communications Vice President and when she first transferred to JLOCC, she was on our Human Trafficking Awareness and Education Committee and our Social Media Chair.  She’s excited to join the JLOCC Board of Directors again, serving in the 2023-2024 league year as the Nominating Director. 

Tisia also volunteers with Aliso Viejo Little League (AVLL) where she is serving her 2nd year term as President serving over 700 players and families in Aliso Viejo and leading a group of 30 Board of Directors. Before serving as AVLL President, Tisia was the Vice President: League Operations and also served as the Sponsorship/Fundraising Director. 

Over the years, Tisia has also served on her two son’s PTA Boards both at the elementary and middle school.  She most recently was the Volunteer Director for Aliso Niguel High School’s largest fundraiser – Taste of Aliso Niguel where they raised over $700,000.  She’s also been involved with the Raise Foundation and planning their annual Blue Ribbon Awareness Campaign held in April. 

Tisia graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana with a degree in Business Administration.  She works full time at JLL, a large commercial real estate firm, where she’s a Senior Director for Technology Solutioning.  Her entire professional career has focused on project management, technology advising, and solutioning.  She currently lives in Aliso Viejo with her husband and their 2 teenage sons who keep her busy with baseball, basketball (older son), and soccer (younger son).  She loves working out at OrangeTheory Fitness and loves spending time at the beach.
