Jennifer joined the JLOCC in 2007 to be an active part of her community and engaged with an organization that develops the leadership potential of women. Her current role is President-Elect, and her prior placements include Director at Large, Nominating and Placement Director, Strategic Planning & Evaluation Committee Chair and member, VP of Operations, Project Development & Scholarships Chair, Public Affairs Committee member, and Orange County Bar Foundation Project member.
Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Arizona’s Eller School of Management. While Jennifer’s current role is managing a dynamic duo at home, she has over 20 years experience in leadership development, human resources strategy, and management consulting, with the last 10 years of her career with JPMorgan Chase. She enjoys running, hiking, traveling, reading, and learning new things. She has been known to run a few marathons, tackle peaks like Mt. Whitney, and build 5 year old “tested” pillow forts. Jennifer resides in Corona del Mar with her husband Pat and two children.
