The Junior League of Orange County partnered with Orangewood Foundation on their pilot program: The Lighthouse. The Lighthouse is a program for survivors of sex trafficking in Orange County. This residential program helps them return to a healthy and productive life. The Lighthouse is staffed 24/7 by Orangewood employees who have the experience and training to understand this unique population and offer specialized, individualized support. The Lighthouse is more than just a place to live. It is a place for survivors to heal and begin to create a new life for themselves.

The mission of The Lighthouse is to assist young women who are survivors of sex trafficking to feel safe, valued, and loved while supporting their individual journeys of healing and independence.
